  1. Permanent Mold Body Casting: Higher strength with tighter tolerance control.
  2. Staked Jaw Keepers: Hold jaws in place. Permanently captivates jaw set. Jaws accept a wide conductor range so inventory is minimized.
  3. Parallel Legs: This improvement allows for easy conductor passage and installation of larger conductors. Conductor is quickly cradled within the deadend.
  4. Interlocking Die Cast Jaws: Redesigned for improved positive locking action and movement. Helps eliminate tightening errors. Aluminum or plated jaws accommodate aluminum and copper conductors.
  5. Pulling Eye: Moved on the body side for easier access and sagging of conductor.

You can substantially cut installation costs compared to bolted deadends using the new Fargo GDW 2000 series. The reasons are simple: no bolts to tighten and no special tools or skills are needed.

Installation is fast and easy. Just lock the deadend jaws open, insert the conductor between the jaws, tap the jaws into position. Finished. No feeding of conductor through the deadend or tightening errors. You cut labor cost on new construction or instant repair. Call your local representative or check our website for details on the new GDW.
