Bel Electricos Plant #4
Hubbell Power Systems
Juarez, Santiago Troncoso # 551
Fracc. Terrazas Cd. Juarez
Chihuahua, Mexico CP 32557

Directions in Mexico can be hard to follow due to the lack of street signs.

From El Paso, via Loop 375 or Zaragosa Road, one arrives at the Zaragosa Bridge (this is a toll bridge currently charging $1.25 US going to Mexico and $1.65 US coming back to the US). Note: Once going through Mexican Customs, one should go into the office there to get a FMN Visitor Permit.

Proceed straight ahead turning left where the road curves/splits following the Zaragoza sign (in Mexico, Zaragoza is spelled with two Z's). Approx. one half mile further down this road, turn left at the 1st traffic light (Prol M J Clouthier street sign). After approx. 1/4 mile turn right at the ACER Plant, proceeding east as the road will then curve south/right. Proceed south for a couple of miles, continue through the traffic light proceeding straight ahead south approx. 1 mile to turn right on Santiago Biancas Street (LEXMARK Plant is located at that corner). Approx. 2 miles further, one will see the 400,000 sq ft building on what looks to be two square blocks fenced in with soccer and baseball fields. Turn right on Terrazas del Valle Street and enter through the Security Gate entrance. Note: The Plant sign will read Bel Electricos Plant #4.
